This legislation has yet to pass the full House and Senate. It must be signed into law. Strong legislation will allow crypto to continue to flourish and as mentioned, permit the freedom of permission-less transactions.

To be clear! A central back digital currency (CBDC) is not the same thing as crypto currency. CBDC’s allow the government to track every single transaction you make. Things like what you buy, to who you pay. Crypto does not.
